Route 28 Bypass/Widening: $200 Million*

The project consists of the design and construction of corridor improvements along Route 28 in Prince William County, between the City of Manassas and Fairfax County, and includes right-of-way acquisition and utility relocation. The project will either construct a new four-lane bypass or widen existing Route 28 to six lanes. Either option will also include pedestrian facilities. The completion of environmental studies will determine which option is selected for the project location.
