The Virginia Department of Transportation is conducting a Strategically Targeted Affordable Roadway Solutions (STARS) study of Sudley Road (Route 234 Business) between Battleview Parkway and Godwin Drive.

The study is assessing existing traffic and safety conditions along Sudley Road and significant backups and congestion that occur during morning and evening peak periods. Sudley Road averages up to 50,000 vehicles a day in this area.

VDOT invites citizens to learn more and provide feedback through their online survey through June 16th. A presentation and public input form can be found at virginiadot.org/Route234SudleyStars.
